Aromatherapy Knowledge

Aromatherapy is as old as human history. The earliest related medical books were written by Chinese people two thousand years ago. At that time, the properties of several essential oils were described. The evidence of extensive use of essential oils can be traced back to the ancient Egyptian era for therapeutic purposes.

Aromatherapy is one of the most commonly used in a number of adjutant therapies. In the use of aromatherapy for the relief of pain and other physical and mental symptoms, we hope to help Hong Kong people enhance their healthy and natural life and promote family care, communication and integration through sharing knowledge and services.

Many studies have shown that aromatherapy can effectively improve the elderly's ability to understand, improve pain and mood, assist children with special learning needs to improve their communication skills and improve their unstable mood, and cooperate with occupational safety and health to improve sub-health and occupation.
